Welsh Ponies

Stagecoach Pegasus (Reg.no. D40334) Welsh Section D mare 16 years old 13.3 hands, bay Peggy has excellent conformation, good feet , lots of feathering, she is a very type cob mare with a lovely pony head. She is broke to ride and trail rides nicely but not a finished show horse. She is best suited to a intermediate to advanced rider. Peggy is easy load and haul, stands tied nicely, saddles-tacks quietly, is good with her feet, and bathes great. Peggy had a gypsy foal a couple years ago and had no problems. Price $3000. with optional breeding to my Section C welsh stallion.

Venus is a Reg. Section C welsh pony of cob type mare. 11 years old. She stands 12.1 hands and is a lovely dark dapple palomino! Venus is super friendly and loves attention. She has been lightly started under saddle and I have trail rode her. She is not spooky and has a super walk. She is not a child's mount.

We have shown Venus in-hand at a number of Welsh shows. She is quite and mannerly at home and at shows, also catches, ties, baths and trailer loads very well.

Venus is exposed to my bay C welsh Stallion, Whispering Centurion, for a spring 2017 foal.

Ditto will excel as a english pleasure - hunter hack, pony club horse or will go western just as well, very versatile.

Her sire, Poco Blackburn 955, is a registered AQHA, 100% foundation, dun stallion. Shines dam, Skipatwo Peekaboo, is a registered APHA buckskin overo.

Shine is a gentle, level headed, sweet mare, she ties, loads, bathes, clips, and stands well to be trimmed or shod. She is very intelligent and picks up new information quite quickly. Shine is a broke seasoned mare. She was broke out as a two year old for 4-H and trail riding, she was ridden in 4-H for three years, plus extensive trail riding and arena work while not doing 4-H.

She has been to several open shows and has won her fair share of classes. This summer she was enrolled in the Dayton, WA, Buck Brannaman clinic and did very well!

She has registration pending at the IALHA, the FRIESIAN HERITAGE HORSE and the WARLANDER SOCIETY .
